- University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) was appointed by three ministries; those were Ministry of Human Rights and Law, Ministry of National Education, and Ministry of Research and Technology as innovation developer of Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI) or Intellectual Property Rights. UMM is considered as a university which has high productivity of innovation work and intellectuality.
