- This study is intended to find out the studentsâ€TM disruptive classroom behaviors and the strategies employed by the English teacher to reduce disruptive classroom behaviors of the second grade students at SMP Muhammadiyah 06 DAU Malang. The research design used in this study was descriptive qualitative design. The subjects were 92 students of the second grade and the English teacher who taught in the second grade at SMP Muhammadiyah 06 DAU Malang. Observation and interview were designed to collect the data concerns about the studentsâ€TM disruptive classroom behaviors and the strategies employed by the English teacher to reduce those behaviors. The result of this study showed that the students committed some disruptive classroom behaviors including: gross motor, verbalization, noise making, aggression and some other behaviors. To reduce those behaviors, the teacher employed some strategies which are ignoring the behavior, cueing the students, reprimanding the students, using punishment and using the Point Book.
