Pursuant to result of analysis in the reality from both method got by result of calculation of delay balance early 23% decreasing to become 21% with method of rank weight position. And 17% with method of region approach. While trajectory efficiency from condition of early equal to 77% mounting to become 79% with method of rank wight position, and 83% with method of region approach. Output produce woman bag mount from condition of early 1848 unit / month become 2662 unit / month with method of rank weight position, and 2464 unit / month with method of region approach. Because [at] this case which more emphasized its production output hence planning of line of balancing with method of rank weight positional can be used in trouble-shooting at co-operation of INTAKO Tanggulangin Sidoarjo.
