The dialogue was openedby the Vice Rector I Prof PR. Dr. Sujono, M. Kes, and then continued with a speech of Najib Dahlan, an expert staff of Environment Minister for legal and inter-institutional relations. The Chief of the National Council on climate change, Amanda Katili Niode, P.hD and Ir.
