This can be done using spectrophotometric and chromatographic methods. Chromatographic methods used in this analysis process was Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC), The study was used silika Gel GF254 as stasionery phase and chlorofom : methanol : acid acetic (75 : 20 :5) as mobile phase. The Rf value paracetamol, dexamethason, Fenilbutazone-1, fenilbutazone-2, and metampiron were 0.72, 0.91, 0.14, 0.54 and, 0.22 respectively. The &#x3BB; value paracetamol, dexamethason, Fenilbutazone-1, fenilbutazone-2, and methampyron were 254, 242, 240, 240 and, 272 respectively. The results showed that sample numbers 10 (jamu racikan toko), 11 (jamu racikan toko), 13 (DEPKES. RI. TR. NO. : 003.201.591 ), 14 (POM TR. 073375011 ), 15 (DEPKES. RI. TR. NO : 003.202.921 ), 16 (DEPKES. RI. NO. Tr 003 203 171 ) and capsule 18, 23 had Rf value are 0.72 and &#x3BB; 245 nm, there same with paracetamol standart, and sample 11 and 16 had Rf value are 0.54 and &#x3BB; 272 nm there is same with metampiron standart.
