  • Hypertension sufferer should realize about the health condition so that the blood pressure can control well.. The less of knowledge for the medicine illness influences the health behavior in the medicine uses. This research is done to know about compliance profile in use medicine of captopril antihypertensive in hypertension patient in primary health care of Turen Malang. This research is done to use descriptive research plan. Research is done with gift questionnaire and count medicine remainder that found. The sample gathering technique used was Accidential Sampling.The research was done using questioners and calculation the reside of captopryl taken by the patiens. The research samples were taken from the hypertension sufferers in Public Health Center of Turen Malang.From the research it was compliance that 73,30% of the patients never obtained the explanation from the doctors about the medical usage for antihypertency and patientsÂ’ conditions : 50% of the patients know about the captopryle usage as antihypertency : 43,33 % of patients returned to the public health center whether the medicine was unavailable: 43,33 % of the patients just drunk the medicine if the complains was emerged : 43,33% of the patients drunk the medicine not adequate to the dosage: 73,33% of the patients drunk the medicine after taking their meals. 40 % of the samples taken (30 persons) experienced the side effects from the captopryl medicine namely dried cough. From the research using the patientsÂ’ medicine reside it was obtained that the percentage of obedience for the hypertency patients in Public Health Center of Turen District Regency of Malang 81,13 %.
