From evaluation to sale function organization structure have existence of segregation of duties between marketings and sales functions. Based on conclusion above, hence writer suggest that PT. Cement Tonasa have to be more pay attention to activity of marketing, by the way of require to add or do more amount of activity of promotion, distributor, causing can increase sale of cement and more pay attention to activity of the operating activityivitas to can reach the sale with sacrifice of expense of low so that intention of corporation to be copartnership of notable cement in Asia with level of height efficiency can be reached.
