- In each constructions was needed a good planning, because there so many activity in there and we’ll get fluency and exact time in implementation. To make a great design of cost, time, and resource need accuracy. Generally, the project will get some benefit if we could make optimum scheduling. Optimum time is scheduling that was arranged as the shortest time that possible to complete the project with smallest cost. The influence factors are; finishing time, leveling of resource, and curve S. At the final result, the finishing time of the project is 462 days or 16 months (Feb 5th, 2006 – July 28th, 2007), and total cost is Rp.22.750.170.998, - (exclude PPN 10 %).
