Aplikasi ini merupakan aplikasi radio melalui teknologi streaming yaitu teknologi yang dapat menerima dan mengirim informasi dari satu pihak ke pihak lain menggunakan alat yang dapat menerima aliran media streaming. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk memudahkan pendengar radio RCBFM yang ingin mendengarkan siaran radio RCBFM secara khusus dan mempermudah pendengar dalam menerima informasi dari radio RCBFM. Radio Streaming Android dalam tugas akhir ini dapat berjalan dengan baik menggunakan perangkat lunak pendukung yaitu phonegap, jQuery mobile dan HTML5.

Radio streaming on the android platform is a mobile-based application that connects the radio with an internet connection and can be used directly on the Android-smartphones. This application is a streaming radio application through technology that can receive and send information from one party to another party to use tool that can received streaming. This application is designed to facilitate RCBFM radio listeners who want to listen to radio broadcasts RCBFM specifically and facilitate listener in receiving information from radio RCBFM. Streaming Radio Android in this thesis can be run properly using the software support phonegap, HTML5 and jQuery mobile.
