  • The conducted study is of the influence of removal frequency toward the effectiveness of benzalkonium klorida 0,01 % w/v on the supply of difenhidraminhidroklorida injection with multiple dosage. The testing is conducted by using direct inoculation method; it is removing supply by using spuit injection aseptically that then is inserted in the media of tioglikolat and kasamino. Sample is collected 5 times in 5 days; before inserted in media, sample is diluted by using WFI, for media tioglikolat, sample is diluted by comparison of 1:1, while for kasamino, sample is diluted by comparison of 1:5, that then it is incubated, the media of tioglikolat is incubated in the temperature of 30OC - 35OC during 14 days, while media of kasamino is incubated in the temperature of 20OC - 25OC for 14 days. The result interpretation in this study can be seen from the positive control that shows the existence of microbe growth. Besides, negative control shows the sterile of supply. Microbe used in this study is Bacillus subtilis for tioglikolat media and Candida albicans is for kasamino. Data obtained by this study shows that the preservative substance of benzalkoniumklorida by concentration 0,01 % b/v effective has antibacterial power or able to defend supply in sterile condition during repetition removal, it is 5 times. Key words: benzalkoniumklorida 0,01%, difenhidramin hiroklorida, multiple dose
