- Design and Development of Scheme is one of the important role to increase product and service so that fulfill desire of all consumer. Problem which faced University Muhammadiyah of Malang is the creasiy of web visitor in previously years is that about 50% because aspect of previous design. In the effort improving the number of costumer that use website facility, hence one of the may of is to perform a good facility design base on web. Change all website design scheme is needed to fulfilling requipment costumer. Target this research is to designed and develop website design which according data using Adobe Fire Work Software that strat from Home, Interface, Link, and SubLink so that fulfill desire of user (service profider). Developing and comparing previous scheme website design with new appearance according to visitor data from service profider (University). Result of this research is a new appearance website that show increasing visitor and costumer more than 50% with new design appearance which have been developed to become a good design which can fulfill desire of consumer (service provider).
