Of research result can be concluded as follows : (1) Characteristic PKL, majority gets age 25­30 years as much 12 person or 40 %, get state was marriage much 25 person or 83,33 and have family responsibilities, come from Karangan sub­district as much 8 person or 26,67 %, get senior high school education as much 16 person or 53,33 %, efforts early capital Rp. 1.001.000 – Rp. 1.500.000 as much 12 person, where is efforts early capital come from equity as much 14 person or 46,67 %, so far working 6­7 hours as much 17 person or 56,67 % by so far efforts for 1­2 years as much 9 person or 30 %. Motivates PKL's efforts because recessive the need sort as much 12 person or 40 % by its effort states 100 % work makes a abode. Majority PKL was hit by 
cost retribution as big as Rp. 500 – Rp. 1.000 as much 15 person or 50 % by propertied average about moon Rp. 501.000 – Rp 1.000.000 as much 20 person. (2) Effort type done migraines PKL who works at Trenggalek's City dominated by food and drink effort type with respondent 21 person or 70 %.
