- New Mosque of University of Muhamadiyah Malang (UMM) began to be enabled. The mosque built in UMM Education Hospital complex was used to perform Friday prayers for the first time (24/9). Hundreds of people consisted of surrounding communities, hospital construction workers and some UMM staffs filled the three-floor .mosque of about 300m.
