- PT Sumber Yalasamudra merupakan salah satu distributor sarden di kota Muncar. PT Sumber Yalasamudra mengalami kendala dalam hal perencanaan rute pendistribusian produk dengan batasan waktu buka-tutup agen. Saat tiba di beberapa agen, sering kali agen sudah tutup. Sehingga dibutuhkan waktu menunggu sampai agen buka kembali untuk dilayani. Dari kondisi tersebut diperlukan suatu metode untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Model Vehicle Routing Problem With time window (VRPTW) diharapkan dapat menentukan perencanaan rute pendistribusian produk serta memberikan solusi perbaikan sehingga terjadi penurunan biaya transportasi pada proses distribusi. Penyelesaiaan model Vehicle Routing Problem With time window (VRPTW) tersebut menggunakan bantuan sofware Lingo. Penyelesaian ini berupa rute kunjungan yang telah memenuhi keriteria model, yaitu tidak melebihi kapasitas dan waktu buka-tutup agen. Dari pengolahan data diperoleh rute usulan yang telah mempertimbangkan buka-tutup agen sehingga terjadi penurunan sebesar Rp.436.000 / minggu dari biaya awal perusahaan sebesar Rp 3.020.202 atau menghemat sebesar 29,23%. ABSTRACT PT Sumber Yalasamudra is a distributor of sarden in Muncar. PT Sumber Yalasamudra has problem in product distribution route planning with time constraints of opening and closing agents. when arriving at multiple agents, agents are already closed. So, the distributor must wait until the agency reopen . From these conditions, it is needed a method to overcome these problems. Vehicle Routing Problem With time window (VRPTW) model is expected to determine the product distribution route planning as well as providing improved solutions resulting in reduction of transportation costs on the distribution process. Settlement Model the Vehicle Routing Problem With time window (VRPTW) model solved by Lingo software assistance. The results were route, which does not exceed the capacity and time time windows of agents. From the obtained data, processing data a rute that considered the time windows of agents is obtained resulting in a decrease of Rp. 436.000 / week from the company's initial cost of Rp 3.020.202 or saving of 29,23%.
