- Motivation have important role in course of learning to teach both for student and also teacher. To teacher know motivation learn student very needed to utilize to look after and improve the spirit of learning student. Study of technique of Mathemagics emphasized at the understanding of child will conception real correct mathematics base because using is assorted of game so that become pleasant experience to student. Process pleasant study will make student more like and easier in comprehending items. Items which used in this research operation calculate which relied on technique of Mathemagics. This Research use approach qualitative with descriptive research type. taken away from data this research is result of enquette before technique of Mathemagics applied and after technique of Mathemagics applied, while source of data in this research is class student of IV MIM 07 Sugihan Solokuro Lamongan amounting to 20 people From result of research pursuant to obtained enquette value before technique of Mathemagics applied to indicate that motivation learn student mathematics still very less, percentage of student which its high motivation counted 10%, while which its motivation counted 65% and which its motivation lower counted 25%. while result of enquette the given after technique of Mathemagics applied to show there make-up of motivation learn student namely, student which its high motivation become 30%, motivation becoming 60% and which its motivation lower to become 10%. From result of percentage of the can be concluded that study with technique of Mathemagics can improve motivation learn student mathematics
