- This study is a survey title “ The Influence Of Implementation Occupation Health and Safety On The Performance Of The Production Employees At PT. Industri Sandang Nusantara Unit Patal Lawang Malang”. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect implementation of occupational health and safety of employee performance with the production of a population of 231 employees with sample 38 employees and use a random sample seletion method based on proportional randon sampling. The analysis used in this study is Multiple Regression Analysis with SPSS program in order to know the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. Based on the result of research known to the health and safety variable significant effect on employee performace i shown by calculating the value Fhitung > Ftabel (43,183 > 3,267). The level of influence each variable as whole can be seen from the respective regression coefficient of the variable implementation of occupation health a stronger influence on employee performanceof the production. From the conclusion of the study are expected by the company seeks to provide health insurance of employees working in the hope that activities of the employees to run in accordance with a predetermined plan. Should pay attention to issues other than health and safety implementation must also consider the company’s human resources working on the production to be increased dicipline.
