- UD. BJ Mendit is one of industry which concentrate in roof-tile making from clay that very famous in Malang city, UD. BJ Mendit is to product roof-tile consist of five kind roof-tile such as karangpilang roof-tile, press roof-tile, mantili roof-tile, wuwung roof-tile, and plesir roof-tile. All of product is resulted by UD. BJ Mendit constituted roof-tile which have soft surface, this is a characteristic of production result quality of UD. BJ Mendit. Their have a many compete so they wants to improve their business. From the problem baground in above, so this research have a purpose to making plan strategic improve business with use Analitycal hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Because Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) is structure hierarchy method and other that Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) have a exellent from the decision making process and acomodated for atribut kwalitative and kwntitative. From result this researc that with use Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method choosed strategic cluster I is a strategic to improve their business that patch produce machine, located extensive, and make a self capital.
