Analyzer which used in this research that is by using factor analysis. First Factor which considered consumer in doing purchasing of market eat something of the home in Malang City that is hitting: well guaranted food raw material, price vary and price reached. Second Factor that is hitting: do not use preservative, to the number of choices feel, information of friend and to the number of product choices. Third factor that is using natural raw material, price as according to quality and quality feel. Fourth factor which considered consumer in doing purchasing of market eat something of the home in Malang city that is hitting: existence of family information, strategic location and tidiness of product. Fifth factor that is hitting: product composition and product fascination and sixth factor that is hitting: location passed by publik transport, to the number of product and sellers always. Dominant factor which considered consumer in doing purchasing of market eat something of the home in Malang city that is first factor which cover well guaranted food raw material, price vary and price reached. Given suggestion that is expected all owners always use product raw material which with quality on the chance of product which on the market can give satisfaction to consumer. Effort reality able to be done that is by using natural raw material without mixed with materials concidering dangerous Iihat vitamin for health. Expected by all owners is effort out for to always offer product at the price of which vary. Through the effort hence by itself all consumers can get product according to ably purchasing power of[is each consumer.
