- Background Knowledge: Nurse’s performance has an important role in producing the healthy service quality in Hospital, especially in the service of nursing caring giving. Therefore, the nurse’s performance influences more to the patient are satisfying. The research aims to know the relation of nurse’s performance in the applying model of nursing caring team to the patient’s satisfying. Method: fanalitik descriptive research. This research was done on March 2015 in RSUD NgudiWaluyoWlingi-Blitar with total sampling techniques for nurse and purposive sampling for patients. Data analysis is done by using computerization system SPSS 14 with experimental analysis of Chi-Square. Result: The result of research by using Chi-Square Experiment is looked that the probability result < 0,05 is 0,003,and X2Hitung (8,791) > X2Tabel (3,841) it has a significant relation between the nurse’s performance and the patient’s satisfying level. Conculsion: The analysis result by using Chi-Square is concluded that H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted. In conclusion, the relation of the nurse’s performance in the caring model applying of nursing team and the level of patient’s satisfying in Dahlia Room of RSUD NgudiWaluyoWlingi-Blitar.
