The purpose of this study was to determine the risk control of the life insurance services in Asuransi Jiwa Bersama Bumiputera 1912 Branch Office Of Batu. Data analysis used for this final assignment is describing in descriptive way determine the risk control og the life insurance services in Asuransi Jiwa Bersama Bumiputera 1912. Asuransi Jiwa Bersama Bumiputera 1912 provides convenience in the transaction, AJB Bumiputera 1912 also have life insurance products and investment is needed by the clients. Customers for due date premium, doesnÂ’t have to visit service office directly. ThatÂ’s why the care agents informed before the due date and took premium payment to customersÂ’ house. Customers are obligated to visit the office while their policy has reached the end of contract to be closed or extension.
