- Research to know 1 ) how the conditions of health and safety and employee performance 2 ) the implementation of occupational safety and health , 3 ) the condition of employee performance and 4 ) safety and health of employees and the amount of influence the performance of a sample of 60 respondents . The analysis tool used is Scale analysis and multiple linear regression . The results showed 1 ) Conditions of health and safety in both categories as well as the performance is high . 2 ) Implementation of health and safety are included in either category . 3 ) The condition of the employee's performance is included in the high criteria and 4 ) safety and health of employees affect the performance significantly.
