  • Purpose of this study is to: describe employees' ability, motivation and performance. Examining the influence of ability and motivation toward employees' performance. Knowing which variable of ability and motivation have stronger influence to employees' performance. Data collection used here is sampling technique with the respondent of GTT (Gudangya Tahu Takwa) employees in Kediri; they are 38 employees. This study used scale analysis, and multiple linear regression to examine hypothesis using t and F tests. Result of this study shows that: Employees' ability included in high category, motivation is also high. Employees' performance is in high category. Ability and motivation has significant influence toward employees' performance. Stronger ability variable has stronger influence to employees' performance in GTT (Gudangnya Tahu Takwa). Suggestion from this study is that the company can keep the ability and motivation. It is because ability and motiation are able to increase employees' performance.
