- This research is a case study on the company's financial planning “UD. Dua Putra Jombang”. Planning is one of the functions of management, success and failed set achievement of predetermined dependent on the planning. Financial forecasting is made to forecast demand and required additional companies. The purpose of this study was to determine the result of the company's financial planning UD. Two Men for 2015 and to determine the AFN (Additional Funds Needed) or additional funds needed in the company in 2015. The usefulness of the results, especially for the management of the company is that it can be used as a data construct decision-making in the future. Based on the analysis and preparation of the financial plan in the company in 2015, it can be concluded that the estimated sales value of Rp. 3.449.028.820.00 or experienced a 15.4% growth in sales volumes. Based on the calculation of the sales growth, the profits to be estimated in 2015 that is equal to Rp. 850,163,809.00. From the results it can be seen projected balance sheet companies require additional funds needed (AFN) is Rp. 44,565,746.00.
