- The purpose of this research is to penentukan supplier selection criteria appropriate to the needs berusahaan and to assess supplier performance in PT SYM Green. Expected future can provide input and can be used as a further policy by the company to be able to choose the right supplier so that the production process the company can run smoothly and can continue to meet customer needs.The analysis tool used is a range of scales and approaches perbobot. The range scale is used to determine the criteria for the selection of suppliers in accordance with the needs of the company, while the weighted approach criteria used to assessors supplier on PT SYM Green. research result of the determination and assessment criteria on the supplier PT SYM Green is to select the 22 criteria for the selection of suppliers are eight criteria that fit the needs of the company and assessment of the suppliers get a score of 3.11043.
