  • This study aimed to describe and examine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, Organizational commitment to employee performance, job satisfaction on employee performance and job satisfaction on employee performance through organizational commitment. Analysis technic used range of scale methode, and path analysis using SPSS with regression menu. Based on a range of scales and path analysis calculation result span scale indicate the employee satisfaction in the high category. Organizational Commitment in the high category. Employee performance in the low category. Analysis results indicate that there is significantly effected between job satisfaction on Organizational commitment, Organizational commitment is significantly effected to employee performance, job satisfaction is significantly effected to employee performance and significantly effected between job satisfaction on employee performance through organizational commitment.
