- Research purpose, 1) describes how the principalÂ’s leadership style, 2) describe the performance of employee, 3) analze the influence of leadership style on employee performance. This study survey research manifold. Population and sample of 33 people. Analysis tool used is a range of scales and multiple regression. Based on the calculation of the variable scale range of 24,75 while the leadership style to the variable performance of employee at 24,75. The result of research the most dominant leadership style is selling. Average yield of leadership style range of 107,2 and 110,4. The result of multiple linear regression showed that the leadership style significantlyinfluence the performance, which is shown by the coefficient of determination is 0.338.
