Customer perspective analysis result that covers number of complain, customer retention and customer acquisition show that in general company to can to give satisfaction maximal to hotel guests. Based on perspective internal business shows that more the effectiveer facilities use that has by company. In process inovation show that every year it company always hold tool repair and infrastructure with see condition or existing facilities physical conditon. Study perspective analysis result and growth, in perspective this is indicator that used that is cover training and level absenteism. in indicator training show during year 2006 until 2008 company more appreciate on existing human resource quality that is&#xD; with employee total enhanced existence that follows training. Hit attendance level indicator inferential that employee attendance total during year 2006 until 2008 then experience enhanced.&#xD; Suggestion that given to company that is supposed hotel manager side always cope to maximise on potential that has by elemen-lemen or resource exist in company.
