- CV Barokah Jaya merupakan salah satu perusahaan penghasil roti, yang mana proses pembuatanya banyak menggunakan tenga manusia masih perlu didukung peralatan yang sesuai dengan prinsip ergonomi. Akan tetapi pada CV Barokah Jaya peralatan dan perlengkapan yang digunakan masih kurang sempurna, diantaranya meja yang belum sesuai dengan tinggi badan pekerja. Dimana pekerja dengan postur tinggi merasa meja terlalu rendah, sehingga dapat mengakibatkan cepat lelah. Hal semacam ini sudah berlangsung lama sehingga menimbulkan keluhan dari para pekerja. Keluhan yang sering dialami para pekerja seperti sakit pada punggung. Oleh karena itu perlu diadakan perancangan ulang alat bantu kerja dengan pendekatan antropometri. Data antropometri yang di butuhkan adalah data tinggi badan, tinggi pinggang, panjang telapak kaki, dan lebar telapak kaki. Dari data tersebut maka didapatkan ukuran rancangan untuk tinggi meja dan lebar tumpuan kaki ergonomis. Agar meja dapat digunakan oleh semua pekerja dengan nyaman maka tingg meja diambil dari pesentil 95 sebesar 1077,5 mm. Dengan menambahkan allowance sebesar 10 mm maka dimensi tinggi meja menjadi 1087,5 mm. Sedangkan untuk tumpuan kaki supaya dapat digunakan oleh semua pekerja dengan tubuh pendek dengan nyaman maka lebar tumpuan kaki diambil dari persentil 95 sebesar 241,1 mm dan ditambahkan allowance sebesar 10 mm sehingga dimensi lebar tumpuan kaki menjadi 251,1 mm. CV Barokah Jaya is one of the companies producing bread, which the manufacturing process using tenga many people still need to be supported equipment in accordance with the principles of ergonomics. However, in Barokah Jaya CV equipment and supplies used are less than perfect, including a table that is not in accordance with the height of workers. Where workers with a high stature feel the table is too low, so it can lead to rapid fatigue. This sort of thing has been going on a long time, causing complaints from workers. Complaints are often experienced workers such as back pain. Therefore it is necessary to redesign work tool with anthropometric approach. Anthropometric data is needed is the data of height, a high waist, long legs and wide feet. From these data it obtained the design size for the table height and width ergonomic footstool. So that the table can be used by all workers with comfortable then tow the table taken from pesentil 95 amounted to 1077.5 mm. By adding the allowance by 10 mm, the height dimension table becomes 1087.5 mm. As for the footstool so that it can be used by all workers with short body with wide footstool comfortable then taken from the 95th percentile of 241.1 mm and the added allowance of 10 mm so that the width dimension footstool becomes 251.1 mm.
