- Purpose of this research was to measure the performance of the cooperative of Islamic boarding school Al-aziziyah Nusa Tenggara Barat. This study was case study. Data collection techniques were used methods of documentation and interviews. The analysis tool used was the measurement of performance by a Ministerial Decree No. 14/Per/M.KUKM/XII/2009 consisting seven aspects such as Capital Structure, Asset Quality, Management, Efficiency, Liquidity, Independence and Growth, the Cooperative Identity. The results of the analysis that the performance of cooperative of Islamic boarding school of Al-aziziyah in 2011 was received the title “adequate healthy” with a score 62,25. In 2012 was received the title “unhealthy” with a score 46,25”and in 2013 was received the title “unhealthy” with a score 52,5.
