  • This study aims 1) To Know the Work motivation, job satisfaction and performance 2) To examine whether motivation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance and 3) To determine which variables are most influential on konerja. Analyzer used in this research is by using Scale analysis and multiple linear regression. From the results of research and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded as follows: 1) motivation, job satisfaction and performance of the Civil Service Dinsos Kab. Mojokerto entered high category. 2) Motivation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of civil servants Dinsos districts. Mojokerto 3) Motivation most affect the performance of civil servants Dinsos Kab. Mojokerto. The suggestion in this research is to intansi that in an effort to maximize the potential or expected agency employee motivation has always sought to provide support to employees to maximize their potential in working in agency, development should be conducted in a fair and to support the activities of the employees in agencies are expected to always pay attention to all forms of achievement generated officials.
