- Purpose of this study is to examine how far is the influence of work satisfaction toward turnover intentions that it is includes: satisfaction of salary, satisfaction on promotion, satisfaction on partnership, satisfaction on supervisor, and satisfaction on the work itself, with the number of respondent is 90 employees. Instrument of analysis used in this study is scale and simple linear regression. Result of study by using scale range analysis and simple linear regression had been conducted can conclude that negative influence between work satisfaction toward turnover intentions, it means work satisfaction makes reference to someone’s attitude toward her/his work, employee with low satisfaction level will show negative attitude toward her/his work or even toward his/her workplace. Suggestion can be presented in this study is: company should always give guarantee that salary and benevolent fund given in every month and every holy day are able to give support in fulfilling employees’ need. This effort is conducted in order to employees have high spirit in working in company that they are able to work as the rule or work procedure determined that they can give result as company required.
