This research target is to know applying of inspection of execution and operational done at sale function and to know do sales department have walked effectively and efficient. In this research, technique analyse used data cover phase preparation of antecedent, research of field, inspection program, execution of program, recommendation and reporting. From the result research which conducted, can be taken conclusion that business activity sale of cigarette in the year 2005-2007 not yet can be told effective, because budget or goals specified by company don&#x2019;t terealisasi fully. This matter can be seen by from the effectiveness calculation result of where the in the year there are difference that happened so material. As well as known that sales revenue from year to year experience of improvement, where sale of company bigger than selling expense him, so that the sale told efficient. Pursuant to above conclusion, hence writer suggest that budget better made by every area of marketing to improve sale volume.
