- This final assignment titled: “Working Capital Debt Binding as Effort to Prevent Troubled Debt Risk in PT. Bank Jatim Branch of Pasuruan” The research purpose is finding out the process of work capital debt warranty binding comes from agreement and collateral binding and also findin gout about how to prevent and handle work capital debt comes from agreement and collateral engagement. Research type used is descriptive qualitative which explains about wider and generic events to get clearer description about collateral binding process in PT. Bank Jatim Branch of Pasuruan. Data source used are primary and secondary data. Data collection technique are by observation, documentation, and interview. In collateral binding process at PT. Bank Jatim Branch of Pasuruan there are some collateral binding as the regulation applied whether fiducia or Mortgage Power of Attorney [Surat Kuasa Membebankan Hak Tanggungan (SKMHT)] also obstacles happens in collateral when there's bad credit and its solution. From the result, it can be concluded that by application of regulation in collateral binding process, there's a reduction number of bad credit customers each year.
