- The purpose of this study was to determine the mechanism of Murabahah financing and problems in Murabahah financing with finding solutions to these problems. This research was conducted in the Cooperative Agro Niaga Syariah Indonesia East Java, Case Studies Branch Ngantang. This research uses a qualitative approach. Source of research data is derived from primary data Ngantang branch chairman and secondary data in the form of data documentation. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis. From the research results illustrate that using Wakalah Murabahah financing, problems occurred due to natural factors such as volcanic eruptions and floods and also the delay in paying installments become a serious problem. The solution in this problem through an approach by conducting focus group discussions and extend the maturity of the policy megeluarkan for natural factors. The conclusion of the study is the mechanism and murabaha financing process easier for customers only require 7 days, the problems caused by natural (natural disasters), the business is not smooth and defer payment of installments.
