- The final study is to use a study on pt. Axa financial indonesia cabang malang with title curtomer satisfaction against financial consultant at pt. Axa financial indonesia cabang malang. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of insurance clients in the pt. Axa financial indonesia cabang malang, to determine the characteristics of insurance clients in the pt. Axa financial indonesia cabang malang and to know the result of the application of financial performance in accordance consultant consultant financial basics to customer service. Location research is pt. Axa financial indonesia cabang malang in jalan panglima sudirman kav 24 malang – east java. The result of the data that from year to year the number of customers at pt. Axa financial indonesia malang branch has increased. The majority of respondents were from the age group between 31 years to 40 years. The majority of respondents are either endependent enterpreneurs and business owners the merchants. Basics of financial performance consultant for the customer care dressing and look neat and clean, buils customer confidence, self-confidence, speaking clearly with proper grammar and correct, able to convince clients and provide satisfaction. From the overall result of the research that has been conducted by the authors, it can be seen that the performance is in accordance with the financial consultant basixs apply, with the results of the questionnaire have been taken from 10 customers to provide an assesment of the 10 financial consultant.
