- The purpose of this study is, to describe employee motivation, employee morale , employee motivation which include achievement, recognition, work itself, responsibility and development on employee morale and to determine among achievement, recognition, work itself, responsibility and development, which one is the dominant influence on employee morale Majesty Multipurpose Motor Bululawang.Alat analysis used in this research is by using the scale analysis and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded as follows : employee motivation which include which include achievement, recognition, work itself, responsibility and development and morale in the high category. Work motivation which include achievement , recognition, work itsel, responsibility and influence the development of employee morale Multipurpose Motor Bululawang Honor. The development has a greater influence on employee morale Multipurpose Motor BululawangHonor. Suggestions can be submitted in this research that always gives support to employees to improve workability owned, must provide a form of appreciation to their employees if able menyelesiakan appropriate task set targets, the Company provides a cash bonus or if the employee is able to achieve the targets that have been determined in accordance with the provisions or regulations that have been set.
