- The purpose of this study how the influence of profitability ratio of the stock price on the wholesale and retail company simultaneously or partially. This research was conducted by using secondary data. The population in this study was include wholesale and retail company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2009 to 2013 years. The sampling method used purposive sampling technique whereas it is based on some criteria. There are 11 companies that became the object of research. This study uses multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis not found symptoms of bullies. Regression analysis showed that simultaneous Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) effect on stock prices. Partially Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) has positive effect on stock prices. The variables that most influence the stock price is Return on Equity (ROE).
