  • This study aims to determine the style of leadership, compensation and employee performance at BPR Sumber Dhana Makmur Batu City. To determine the effect of leadership style and compensation to employee performance at BPR Sumber Dhana Makmur Batu City. In sampling researchers used a total sampling or take all populations within the company as research material. Analyzer used in this research is the analysis of a range of scales, multiple linear regression, t test and F test. Leadership styles in category of consultative leadership style, the compensation included in either category and employee performance BPR Sumber Dhana Makmur Batu City in the high category.
