- PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat provide savings and credit services. Munch Bank Perkreditan Rakyat which does not meet the principles of prudence and control system is not applied, thus making credit that has been thrown to the debtor becomes uncontrollable and makes a lot of number of borrowers who can not pay the installment, because the control system and prudential banking principles are not applied and the resulting amount of credit problematic. It is exciting researchers to determine non-performing loans in the system control on PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Armindo Kencana and how to overcome the problem loans on PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Armindo Kencana. Collecting data in this case study using documentation and interview techniques. In the data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis techniques in an attempt to make a conclusion. The conclusion that can be presented in this study is PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Armindo Kencana branch Batu giving credit to the debtor by way of implementing a healthy credit through oversight, guidance and monitoring of the development of the debtor's business, and bank led borrowers to conduct an orderly and complete administration for all transactions relating to the operations of the well and smoothly so that the amount of non performing loans in 2013 only reach about 1.1% in 2014 and decreased to 0.83% so that it can help prevent brmasalah credit. Then the troubled debt settlement by PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Armindo Kencana namely done peacefully with the efforts undertaken with the intention that no losses were even greater for banks. Suggestions in this research is to control the process of granting credit must be applied the principle of prudence, and at the time of the survey should be properly addressed by analyzing carefully so that all the elements of 5C that character, capacity, collateral, and the condition can be obtained from customers with good and true.
