- This study aims to find out how life insurance filing procedures of Mitra Amanah, knowing about the development of Mitra Amanah, to know about the benefits of Mitra Amanah in delivering competitive investment results and determine the calculation of benefits Mitra Amanah in appropriate with Islamic Shari'a with explanations through sales ilustration. This study used a qualitative descriptive methodology and quantitative descriptive that aims to get information on topics that may be known by calculating the final investment result in balancing the benefits of using the additional investment funds. Then it will be developed by researchers descriptive with report premium calculation with the data sources used are primary and secondary data. The conclusion of the research is that the opening of the procedures and provisions of Mitra Amanah life insurance must be pass through several stages until the policy issue, the development of Mitra Amanah up to March 2015 there were 83 letters countless submissions, with a choice of how to pay contributions or premiums (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual and single) candidates can decide Early Benefit as needed (depend on the adequacy of contribution) and to add investment funds can be regular or irregular top up.
