  • Research purposes are 1) to describe employee work stress 2) to describe employee work stress 3) To analyze work stress influence to employee work achievement. Samples are 35 employees, especially fixed employees in operational division (AMO) with sampling technique using total sampling technique where all population sare made as research samples. Analysis tools used in this research by using scale range and simple linear regression. According to research and discussion done, it can be concluded as: 1) employee work stress is grouped in low category. 2) Employee work achievement is included into low category. 3) work stress has significant influence to employee work achievement.
