Prudential Life Assurance Branch of Surabaya. PT. Prudential Life Assurance gives simplicity to financial agent in improving their product. Prudential has so many strategy to their financial agent, such as giving motivation, material, and reward for product selling. From various simplicity given by company, Prudential gives easy product and conditions to join as financial agent with several condition decided by PT. Prudential Life Assurance From conclusion above, suggestion given to PT. Prudential Life Assurance is, giving more simplicity to financial agent candidates who wanted to join, where service given by financial agent should be suitable with all strategies given by Prudential to all financial agents so that financial agent candidates would be interested directly without any rewards.
