  • Education Insurance is one type of family assurance (life) aimed for children education future which will guarantee the kidÂ’s future started from Kindegarten to College. Service is all action or behavior offered by a party to another party which basically intangible (non physical) and didnÂ’t produce certain ownership. The research purpose is finding out satisfaction level of scholarship partner customer to Asuransi Jiwa Bumiputera 1912 service Branch Office of Kayutangan Sub-District Malang City, viewed from five dimension of service quality (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, guarantee, and emphaty) also policy from AJB Bumiputera 1912 Branch Office of Kayutangan Sub-District Malang City in enhancing customerÂ’s satisfaction. Population in this research is all Scholarship Partner Insurance of Bumiputera 1912 policy holder. Samples researched are 30 respondents. Deciding samples use purpossive sampling method. Data source used are primary and secondary data. Data collection technique uses questionnaire, literature study, field study in form of interview and descriptive discussion analysis. The research shows that from five dimension satisfaction measurement, most customers declared their satisfaction about service given by AJB Bumiputera 1912 Branch Office of Kayutangan sub-district Malang City, also policy applied, where from training, put work partner as their skill, officer rotation, and monitoring are able to help improving service to customers of Scholarship partner Insurance of AJB Bumiputera 1912 Branch Office of Kayutangan Sub-district, Malang City.
