- Working Capital Loan is one of bank productive loans to society, which can be used to add working capital and to buy raw materials. Plafond which can be accepted was seen from a given guarantee by. This study aimed at investigating how the process of giving Working Capital Loan is, and what the role of Working Capital Loan on PT. BPR East Java KCP Batu is. In this study, the researcher had done the research on PT. BPR East Java KCP Batu entitled “The Implementation of Working Capital Loan on PT. BPR East Java, Tbk KCP Batu”. Regarding to the aim of this study, this applied descriptive qualitative method. This meant that the data were described or depicted accepted information explicitly. Furthermore, the data were collected by conducting interview enclosed with data of object progress report in the form of table and graph. In this method, the researcher collected the data based on interview and documentation. The interview had been conducted with bank staff. The result revealed that the progress of Working Capital Loan customers always increased in every month on 2014. In addition, in the process of giving Working Capital Loan had to pass the administration requirement. Lastly, the role of Working Capital Loan were helping the development of customers’ business, improving the income, and repairing the bank system in producing a profit.
