  • This research was conducted on PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Customer Service Office Sawojajar, Malang with the title “The Management of retired fund (DPLK) “BNI Symphony” on customer service office BNI Sawojajar”. The purpose of this research was to know the implementation of DPLK “BNI Symphony” and also to know the weakness or problems in the management of DPLK “BNI Symphony” on KLN BNI Sawojajar. Fom the explanation above, it can be concluded that the implementation of DPLK “BNI Symphony” which is about setting up bank account to be customer very easy and fast. In this study, researchers collect methods of this study showed that the management of the Pension Fund "BNI Symphony" is in conformity with the applicable provisions ie account opening procedures, withdrawal of pension funds, election forms investesi up procedure on receipt of pension benefits and the obstacles encountered so as to support prosperity in the future came after retirement.
