Pandawa Sakti Lintas Nusa of Malang titled: "Influence Of Stressor To Employee Performance Via Work Stress Research purposes are 1) describing employee stressor 2) describing employees' work stress 3) describing employees performance 4) Analyzing significant influence of stressor to employee work stress 5) Analyzing significant influence of work stress to employee performance and 6) Analyzing stressors' significant influence to employee performance via employees work stress in PT. Pandawa Sakti Lintas Nusa of Malang Analysis technique uses scale rate analysis and Path Analysis. According to the research, it can be concluded: 1) Employees stressor can be included into very low criteria. 2) Low work stress 3) Employee performance can be included into average criteria. 4) Stressor has significant influence to employee work stress 5) Work stress has significant influence to employee performance and 6) Stressor has significant influence to employee performance via employee work stress.
