- This research aims to prove whether variable of direct financial compensation that consists of direct and indirect financial compensation simultaneously influence on employee performance of BRI Cabang Kota Probolinggo significantly and to know which variable between direct and indirect financial compensation that has the most influence on employee performance. Sample of this research is 64 employees which uses sample collection technique of total sampling. To examine the hypotheses, this research uses analysis method of linear regression analysis double that helped by SPSS application. The result of analysis reveals that financial compensation that consists of direct and indirect financial compensation influences employee performance of BRI Cabang Kota Probolinggo significantly. The result of analysis also reveal that direct financial compensation has the most influence on employee performance.
