The analytical tool used in this watchfulness is using scale analysis and multiple linear regression. Based on watchfulness results and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded that the safety of employees part of production entered in good category. health of employees part production entered in good category. Employees performance part production entered in the low category. There is a significant relationship between occupational safety and health on employee performance and health of the most influential on employee performance.
