  • The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction in customer service futsal Champions De Rumah Malang. The population in this research is customer service futsal Champions De Rumah, with sampling using purposive sampling technique and 70 respondents sample size. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion by using multiple linear regression analysis, we can conclude that the variable quality of service consisting of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy simultaneous effect on costumer satisfaction. From the results of the partial regression coefficient is known that variable Assurance has dominant influence on costumer satisfaction.
