- Research on the quality of service in terms of visitor satisfaction Batu Night Spectacular. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality variables simultaneously and partially on visitor satisfaction Batu Night Spectacular. Type used was survey research. In this study the technique of measurement data using a Likert scale. The population in this study were all those who visited the Batu Night Spectacular with sampling techniques judmental sampling, number of samples taken as 100. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of Multiple Linear Regression and Hypothesis Testing through Test f and t test. Result of research conducted obtained the following result: physical evidence variable (X1), variable reliability (X2), variabel power response (X3), Variable insurance (X4), variable emphaty (X5), simultaneously significantly influence visitor satisfaction Batu Night Spectacular. Variable Physical Evidence (X1), Variable Reliability (X2), Variable Power Response (X3), Variable Insurance (X4) Empathy variable (X5), Partial significantly influence visitor satisfaction Batu Night Spectacular.
